Children's Adventure Company
Children’s Adventure Company was founded 38 years ago by Dee Gregory. Throughout the years Children’s Adventure Company has become Santa Fe’s most active and enriched summer camp and after school program for children in Kindergarten through 7th grade. CAC’s main focus is age-appropriate outdoor field trips that include rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, survival skills, art, science, gardening, cooking, swimming, movement, outdoor play and many other fun activities. Our programs are additionally complimented by caring, well-educated staff members.
Our Leaders
Sarah Daniels, our director/owner, has a BA in Education and Music from the University of Redlands. She taught for 10 years in different elementary schools in California, Spain and New Mexico and has been teaching at Children’s Adventure Company for 19 years. Contact Sarah.
Wade Lee, Our assistant director, is an avid outdoorsman who grew up exploring the mountains and rivers of Northern New Mexico. He earned his BS in environmental science at the University of Southern Oregon. He has been working with children for more than 20 years, and has a passion for outdoor and environmental education. Cassondra La Fond, our assistant director for the pequeños, originally from San Diego, brings a passion for working with children and a genuine love for the outdoors to her role as Assistant Director at Children’s Adventure Company. With a background in youth education and a strong connection to nature, Cassondra is dedicated to creating positive and adventurous experiences throughout the year. Contact Cassondra.
